The Winter Fest

Do you like the Winter Fest? Some adults and carers at home might be wondering what we are talking about. The Winter Fest is a festival where we celebrate winter.

But what do we do at the Winter Fest?

At the annual JKPS winter fest we:

  • Make delicious WAFFLES
  • The choir sings
  • Drinks are made
  • Toys are sold for cheaper prices
  • The students make bracelets
  • A lot of the books and toys are German related. Some books are in German but not all of them.

Last year the winter fair was indoors and outdoors because of the cold.

It is open from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday December 6.

There are lots of activities at the Winter Fair and it is also a great fundraiser for the school.

Here are some quotes from children who really love the Winter Fair:

Vera, Year 3, said: “It’s really cool and there are lots of fun things to do.”

Lea, Year 3, said: “I love the waffles there. They are really good.”

Niaomi, Year 3, said: “You can see all your friends.”

Hugo, Year 3, said: “The food is really good.”

Freddie, Year 1, said: “All the books are good.”

So come along on Saturday to check out the Winter Fair and have fun!
