Christmas is coming up in a few days and everyone is excited and getting ready. But does everyone have a plan for Christmas Day? Here at the Mog Chronicle, we have had a brainstorm and are giving you some tips of our own to help you make the most of your Christmas. We think if you follow some of these tips, you and your family will have the best Christmas imaginable.
- STAY AT HOME – it is a day to get cosy, stay in your pyjamas as long as possible and play with all your new toys.
- OPEN YOUR PRESENTS – This is the best bit of Christmas Day. Finding out what you’ve got from Santa and your family. It’s the best time of the year.
- MEET YOUR FAMILY – usually family get together on this day to exchange gifts. It’s a really nice chance to catch up.
- GO ON HOLIDAY – if you want a change of scene, you could go to a hot country in the southern hemisphere to experience a hot Christmas on the beach.
- HAVE A NICE DINNER, LUNCH, BREAKFAST – it’s a day to eat loads of nice food. Tuck into the turkey but avoid the brussell sprouts.
- GO ON A WALK – After a nice dinner you might feel a bit full so go on a walk to burn off all those calories. Because it gets dark really early, you caN also check out all your neighbour’s Christmas lights.
- DO A QUIZ – After you get back from your walk, you might get a bit tired. So kick back and play a nice relaxing quiz about Christmas.
- MAKE A GINGERBREAD HOUSE – Yummy
- EAT GINGERBREAD HOUSE – Yummier
- CRY BECAUSE NO MORE GINGERBREAD HOUSE – Boooo 😦
- THEN MAKE MORE GINGERBREAD HOUSE
- AND REPEAT [: YAY
- WATCH A MOVIE – Sit back and relax just before the day ends and watch a nice Christmas movie called Die Hard. Or – if you want something a little more family friendly, how about the newest Christmas movie: That Christmas on Netflix.
